Chris Brown Defensive Coordinator Briar Woods High School
Chris Brown is in his third season as assistant head coach for the Briar Woods football program. He is responsible for both Offensive and Defensive breakdown, strategy and play calling for the offensive run game and the pass defense. Coach Brown spent one season as the defensive backs coach at Georgetown University (FCS) in 2009-2010. And prior to the Hilltop he spent 8 seasons as a defensive coordinator at Briar Woods High School and run game coordinator at Park View High School. In the years prior to his stint at the high school level, Coach Brown served as Offensive Coordinator at George Mason University (2000-2001) and at Kentucky Wesleyan College (DII) in Owensboro, Ky. (1998-1999) coaching running backs.
